Dehydration
A dangerous loss of body fluid caused by illness, sweating, or inadequate intake.
Symptoms

Thirst

Dark-Colored Urine

Decreased Urination

Dry Mouth, Lips, Tongue, and Skin

Headache

Tiredness
-
Dizziness or lightheadedness
-
Sunken Eyes

Muscle Cramps
Treatments
-
Drink fluids such as water, fruit juice, or sports drinks with electrolytes.

If you’re feeling sick, start with small sips and gradually drink more
